An overall Consideration of Applications of Conversational AI and Design Driven Innovation Approaches based on a Case Study of Precire
This bachelor thesis explores the question, if artificial intelligence or more precisely, natural language processing is an enabler for future fashion. Therefore, the thesis considers applications of conversational AI and design-driven innovation approaches, additionally taking into account characterization of technologies. Over the course, the thesis is based on an empirical research in the form of case studies of technology start-up Precire and fashion e-commerce platform Zalando. The thesis is addressed to fashion industry professionals, executives and managers, entrepreneurs and fashion students, who want to set things in motion.
